Any bonuses and winnings are non-transferable to other accounts [save in the sole discretion of GC855]. The award of any bonuses and winnings are subject to the sole discretion
of GC855.

At GC855's discretion, you may be requested by GC855 to provide identification information. It is mandatory that you furnish the requested information upon our notification.
If you do not provide the requested information, you agree to give up your rights to any balances left in your GC855 account.

You must be at least 18 years of age or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is the greater) to bet or participate in the Promotion. Underage entry will be void.
You may be asked at any stage to provide GC855, or a third party with proof of age and/or identity. You must be able to present a valid passport or other valid picture ID
to verify your age and/or identity. Any player unable to provide such proof of age will be excluded.

This promotional bonus offer is limited to one time only redemption per person/ account/ family/ legal registered address/ email address/ telephone number/ payment account
(e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc)/IP Address/shared computer environment, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the rights to withdraw the availability
of any bonus offer to any customer or group of customers.

During the Promotion, strict rules regarding multiple account abuse will be enforced. GC855 reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion and/or the Site any player
suspected of entering more than one account in the Promotion. The decision on what activity constitutes multiple account abuse lies with GC855's management in its sole discretion.

Promotion is intended for recreational players who actively risk funds on games with the intention of winning. At GC855's discretion, we may consider your activities as Foul
Play when we have a reasonable basis to believe that your activities appear to us as exploiting this promotional offer and/or without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with
personal funds or serious intention to play.

During the Promotion strict rules regarding player behaviour will be enforced. GC855 reserves the right to take action if it believes a player is engaging in any fraudulent or
illegal activity (including participation that would be a breach in the local law of their jurisdiction) and to take action against any player found to be abusing any aspect of the
Promotion. Such action includes, but is not limited to, exclusion or suspension from the Site, and the confiscation of rewards earned as a result of the abuse. The decision on what
activity constitutes abuse of the Promotion lies with GC855 management in its sole discretion.

Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. No liability
is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by GC855.
- Only approved deposits where the necessary verifications are completed will constitute entitlement of participation of the Promotion.
- GC855 reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion which includes cancelling, modifying or suspending the Promotion.

In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the
English language version shall prevail.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to GC855 using your name, likeness and image on the Site and in marketing and promotion campaigns produced by or on behalf of GC855
in any media whatsoever without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against GC855 in this regard.

You hereby assign any and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in your entry to the Promotion for GC855's unrestricted usage and agree to do all such acts and/or
execute or procure the execution of all such documents in a form reasonably satisfactory to GC855 to confirm GC855's ownership of such rights.
- Employees and relatives of employees of GC855 and any entities affiliated or related to GC855 are not permitted to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. This restriction also applies to former employees and relatives of former employees of GC855 (including any entities affiliated or related to GC855) for a period of six (6) months from the last day of his/her employment with GC855 (including any entities affiliated or related to GC855).

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless GC855, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and
their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any prizes and/or the
participation in the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that the name and address which are registered in your account are correct and up to date. Failure to provide this information
may lead to disqualification from the Promotion.
- All players participating in the Promotion must abide by all GC855 rules, as well as the general Terms and Conditions listed on the Site.
- In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions GC855 reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
- The decision of GC855 in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

In the case of disputes concerning the participation rights of players in the Promotion, all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the terms and conditions,
the final decision lies with GC855's management. The decision will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any player or third party.

These terms and conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed, in accordance with Isle of Man law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Isle of Man Courts.
